Troop News 5/26
- Family members, including parents, siblings, grandparents, etc. are welcome and encouraged to attend.
- The troop provides hamburgers, hot dogs, vegetarian alternatives, drinks, plates/cups/utensils etc.
- Scouts in Patrols 1 and 3 (Cajka and Miller) are asked to bring side dishes. Scouts in Patrols 2 and 4 (Hoffman and Lamb) are asked to bring desserts. Scouts in Patrol 5 can bring either. Not sure how well all this was communicated last week.
- Please arrive by 6:15pm. We would like to start eating at 6:30pm. We could use a few scouts to show up a little early to help set up. We will also need a few to stay late to help clean up.

This week we have an important information meeting for summer camp. All scouts, parents, and adults leaders going to summer camp should plan to attend. We will start this meeting right after opening ceremony.
Merit badge counselors - we will not have class this week due to the summer camp meeting.
If you are not attending summer camp, we have a special activity just for you.
We will also do the final planning for the kayak trip. Grubmasters should bring in their food. If you plan to go on the trip but cannot be at the meeting, please let me know. Cost of the trip is $45 per person. Please bring in cash or check payment, use PayPal at troop461.com, or use your scout account.
If you are not going on the kayak trip, the meeting will end around 8:00 pm.
